  1. Customer service handles inquiries about how to use the system, cargo traceability and general inquiries.
  2. Sales support resolves any customer onboarding issues.
  3. Technical support handles system bugs, disruptions, or system failures.

  • Shipments are not automatically insured. Insurance can be selected during the order process. All claims would be directed to BBE’s Customer Support line.
