Shipment History
To see the details of your previously shipped items, use Shipment History. It will take you to the shipment summary page.
Step by Step
- To filter shipments, select the Data Range, User and Status Filters and click “Filter.”
- Click Details to see the information of the shipment. This will go to the shipment view page described above.
- View the status of the shipment. “In Progress” indicates that the shipment has not been completed and “Delivered” indicates that the shipment has been completed.

You can also search your History in the Search field.
Leg History
To see the details of your previously shipped items, use Leg History. It will take you to the shipment summary page.
Step by Step
- To filter legs, select the Data Range, User and Status Filters and click “Filter.”
- Click Details to see the information of the shipment. This will go to the shipment view page described above.
- View the status of the shipment. “Created” indicates that the leg has been created but is not yet in transit. The “In Transit” status indicates that the shipment has not been completed and “Delivered” indicates that the shipment has been completed.

Saved Addresses
The Saved Address page allows users to add, edit, delete, and import addresses.
Step by Step
- Click Add to manual add an address.
- Click Import to import multiple addresses using the template (available to download)
- Click Edit or Delete to manually edit or delete an address.

Troubleshooting and Tips
Contact customerservice@bbe.ca if you need help with Address Management. A mass upload of addresses can be done with the Address Template which is an excel / csv format spreadsheet. Please note, you must follow the template exactly for proper upload. Once the Address Template is filled out, use Import Addresses to load the addresses into your saved addresses.
Saved Contacts
The Saved Contact page allows users to add, edit, delete, and import contacts.
Step by Step
- Click Add to manually add a contact
- Click Import to import multiple contacts using the template (available to download).
- Click Edit or Delete to manually edit or delete a saved contact.
