Shipping
To Ship Now you will need to enter in the Origin and Destination information.
STEP BY STEP
- Select Origin or key in Address, City, Country, Province (or State) and Postal (or Zip) Code.
- Select Shipper or key in Company (or Individual), Contact Name, Email, Phone.
- Select Destination, same requirements Step 1.
- Select Consignee, same requirements as Step 2

Troubleshooting and Tips
City names and postal codes need to be entered correctly to successfully rate and ship a package. If the shipment is not being done as a company, put the individual’s name in the Company field.
Ship – Pick up Information / Handling Instruction
To Ship Now you will need to enter in the Origin and Destination information..
Step by Step
- (Optional) Enter Reference 1, Reference 2, and Project.
- (Optional) Enter any Handling Instructions that might be applicable.
- (Optional) Project and Booking Date
- (Optional) Select Carrier Options (additional services).
- Click Continue

Reference numbers are optional and are for customer generated information.
Ship – Add a Package
Step by Step
- Select Units of measure (metric / imperial), or Food.
- Select Package Type
- Enter Description
- Enter Quantity, Length, Width, Height and Weight
- Select Nature of Good
- Click Add Package, or Click Clear
- Allows you to Edit, Copy, or Delete Package.
- Click Next

Troubleshooting and Tips
Non-Food / Food is an option to select if the shipment is a food product. Non-Crating / Crating is an option to select if the shipment is being created. Dimensional and weight measurements are per package. If you need multiple packages add another.
Ship – Select Carrier

You can search by carrier and filter out by fasted or most affordable rates.
Ship – Shipment Legs
Step by Step
- Verify leg rates and total rate.
- (Optional) Click Back to go back to the previous section.
- (Optional) Click Back to go back to the previous section.
- Click Save Quote to save this quote. / Click Next to move on to the next section.

Troubleshooting and Tips
If you want to Save your Quote and come back to the shipment later the saved quote will remain in the Saved Quotes menu for several weeks. Also, enter a promo code if available.
Ship – Optional Pick Up
Step by Step
- If no pickup is required – Unselect the box and skip to STEP 5.
- Check time zone and pickup address.
- Check the pickup restrictions.
- Enter the pickup date, pickup time, and business closing time.
- Click Next

Ship – Summary
The Summary page allows for a user to check their shipment details
Step by Step
- Check Shipment Details. If you would like to edit any of the details, click on the edit button in the section that you would like to edit.
- (Optional) Click Back to go back to the previous section.
- Click Ship

Ship – Shipment Confirmation
The shipment summary page will provide confirmation of the shipment details. You have your BBE number for tracking and can download and print the shipping labels.

- Click Download for the Shipping Labels (note there maybe more than one set of downloads and shipping labels
- Click Finish

Tracking
Track your shipments easily with the Tracking function.
Step by Step
- Click the Expand button to access the Menu.
- Select Track
- Alternatively click Track Icon
