Ship Now

To Ship Now you will need to enter in the Origin and Destination information.

Step by Step

  1. Select Origin Address from the dropdown list.
  2. Select Shipper Contact from the dropdown list.
  3. Select Destination Address from the dropdown list.
  4. Select Consignee Contact from the dropdown list

Troubleshooting and Tips

City names and postal codes need to be entered correctly to successfully rate and ship a package. If the shipment is not being done as a company, put the individual’s name in the Company field.

Ship Now – Customer Reference / Handling Instruction

To Ship Now you will need to enter in the Origin and Destination information.

Step by Step

  1. Enter any Overall Shipment Instructions that might be applicable.
  2. Enter Reference 1 – Client PO (mandatory) 
  3. (Optional) Reference 2, Project and Booking Date
  4. Click Continue

Reference numbers are optional and are for customer generated information.

Ship Now – Add a Package

Step by Step

  1. Select Units of measure (metric / imperial), or Food.
  2. Select Package Type
  3. Enter Description
  4. Enter Quantity, Length, Width, Height and Weight
  5. Select Nature of Good
  6. Click Add Package, or Click Clear
  7. Allows you to Edit, Copy, or Delete Package.
  8. Click Next

Troubleshooting and Tips

Non-Food / Food is an option to select if the shipment is a food product. Non-Crating / Crating is an option to select if the shipment is being created. Dimensional and weight measurements are per package. If you need multiple packages add another.

You can search by carrier and filter out by fastest or most affordable rates. Also you can get more service related details by hovering over the carrier name.

Ship Now – Optional Pick Up

Step by Step

  1. If no pickup is required – Unselect the box and skip to STEP 5.
  2. Check timezone and pickup address.
  3. Check the pickup restrictions.
  4. Enter the pickup date, pickup time and business closing time.
  5. Click Next

Ship Now – Summary

The shipment summary page will provide confirmation of the shipment details. A promo code option is available and once applied the amount of the promo will be taken off the price automatically. You have your bbe number for tracking and can download and print the shipping labels.

Edit button this page allows you to edit the shipping details by taking you back to the actual page. Please note the edit function is not an in-Page Feature.

Ship Now – Shipment Confirmation

Your shipment is Shipped now, please download the Labels and BOLs for the shipment and attach them to the box.

  1. Click Download for the Shipping Labels (note there maybe more than one set of downloads and shipping labels
  2. Click Finish

Tracking

Track your shipments easily with the Tracking function.

Step by Step

  1. Click the Expand button to access the Menu.
  2. Select Track

Lost Claim

Direct your lost parcel claim to customerservice@bbe.ca

Damage Claim

Package damage – if your package is damaged contact customerservice@bbe.ca

  • Shipments are not automatically insured. Insurance can be selected during the order process. All claims would be directed to the bbe Customer Support line.

Cancel Shipment

To cancel a shipment, contact customerservice@bbe.ca, 1-888-420-6926.
